Use |

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving
(6 tablets) first thing in the morning. On workout days,
take 1 serving immediately before your workout. For
extreme results, take twice a day. Because of Kemistry's

bioavailabiltiy, begin use with one-half the recommended
serving (3 tablets) for the first seven (7) days to
