Brief Introduction About Round Vibrating Screen

The vibrating separator is a classifying screen which divides the mixed materials with different grain size into a number of different levels of granularity through single or multilayer screen surface. The round vibrating screen and liner vibrating screen is the common classifying.
The round vibrating screen moves on a circular motion, which is a new kind of multilayer and high efficient vibrating screen. It uses the cylinder eccentric shaft vibration device and the eccentric weights to adjust the amplitude. And with the long material screening line, it has a variety of screening specifications. With many advantages, such as stable structure, strong exciting force, high efficiency, low noise pollution, durability, easy to maintain and safety in use, the round vibrating screen has been widely used in mine, construction, transportation, energy and chemical industries.

The structure of round vibrating screen:
The round vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, shaker, suspension (or supporting) device and electromotor. Through triangle belt, the electromotor rotates the shaker spindle, and due to the centrifugal inertia force which comes from the unbalanced weights on the shaker, the screen box begins to vibrate. The amplitude can be adjusted through changing the eccentric weights of shaker. The round vibrating screen has seating type and hanging type. Usually, it is installed obliquely with the dip angle from 15 degrees to 30 degrees to speed up the discharging speed.
The advantages of round vibrating screen:
1. The strong vibration of screen box reduces the phenomenon that materials block the screen hole, which makes the screen have high screening efficiency and high production efficiency.
2. Because of the simple structure, it is easy to change the screen surface.
