O'Connor said that due to gaming funds the township received, it was possible to reduce the cost of Coach Bags to just 50 cents per bag, allowing residents to buy more Coach Bags, thus disposing of more trash. Resident Dave Willis urged commissioners to rethink the decision to limit garbage bag numbers.

"By limiting garbage, you will only create another problem with illegal dumping," Willis said. "People dump garbage behind my house all the time. Excess garbage is going to end up somewhere in this town. It will probably be behind my house. Garbage has been a problem in this town for years."

"I take a different approach on this," O'Connor said. "I believe in recycling, and I think we need to advertise this first and warn citizens we may have to do this. Not everyone should be punished. I prefer not to limit the garbage bag number. This was something we gave back to the taxpayers because of the gaming funds."
