When the health and safety training is given to the employees, there covers most of the important issues including the issues responsible for the behavior of the employee, avoiding slips, safeguarding manual handling, avoidance of trips and falls with effective clean ups, prevention from the spreading of the germs through appropriate hygiene, importance to wear the protective gear, first aid, fire safety, safely disposing the hazardous chemicals and many more. As, all of these issues are so deep; hence, it is not possible to cover all of them in a single session only, is not at all possible.

Hence, it is best to cover up all the lessons in different sessions. They can also be covered in the form of separate chapters. Showing pictures and images is important to let the workers understand the correct procedure and methods of safety. Sometimes, words even fail to deliver the message as effective as picture or videos deliver.
