PHP is one of the most demanded technology in the I.T market nowadays. After facebook has become so popular all over the world, the demand of PHP technology has increased tremendously.Many I.T companies are developing their major project in PHP technology only after observing the overwhelming response of facebook which is based on PHP technology. Most of the I.T giants are trying to develop more applications based on PHP only which will be more compatible and user friendly then facebook. PHP has emerged as one of the biggest competition to the other leading technologies existing in the market.

Students are just loving PHP technology as this technology is not as complicated as other technologies in the I.T market. Students finds PHP very easy to learn as this technology do not takes too long as other technologies do take ample amount of time. The syntax and semantics of PHP are very easy to use and learn. As students get very short time period for their summer training programs. And most of the other technologies are too time taking to learn. Students can easily have command over PHP in a month or in 45 days( if done with complete dedication). The another reasons which makes PHP so demanding is career and job opportunities in PHP development field. Big and as well as small I.T companies are dealing in PHP technology. As small I.T companies can't hire well experienced PHP professionals as salary expectation of experienced PHP developers are much higher and these companies can't offer such higher salaries. So, these companies hires candidates having experience of one or two years or fresher's students having strong technical knowledge of PHP technology. The main reason behind hiring fresher's candidate for PHP development job is these small companies looks for candidates who are having solid knowledge of PHP, who can work for these companies at much lower salary in order to make maximum profit out of them. In return fresher's get experience and can easily switch to another company at higher package.

But usually most of the students do not have strong basic technical knowledge of PHP as PHP is not there in the syllabus of engineering all over India. To learn PHP in college is not a easy job as most of the times lecturers themselves find it difficult to teaching students PHP as lecturers don't have solid PHP basics. As the major emphasis is laid on class room teaching rather then practical applications.

The best option to learn PHP is summer break which students get in between the ending and starting of the new session. These 45 days decides the future of any technical student, as this is the time when students learn maximum about practical applications of technologies and to learn how to work upon live projects. Every engineering must go for summer training because it proove to be quite beneficial at the time of their recruitments. Most importantly, training company must be choosen with extra care because the quality if training organization decides the qulaity of summer training. Some points which students must keep in their mind while choosing training company are -

1) Qualifications and experience of trainer.

2) Placement stats of the company.

3) Laboratories and equipments required for training must be proper and etc.

Summer trainings usually start from May and resumes till August. Students can easily learn PHP during these summer training programs and can get a decent job with good package with ease as they can easily gain industry level PHP attainments during their summer training.
