(Pine Bluff, AR) – “TNA Stars Collide,” Mr. Anderson (formerly known as Mr. Kennedy) and The Pope D'Angelo Dinero (formerly known as Elijah Burke) will headline another sensational night of wrestling brought to you by Traditional Championship Wrestling on Saturday June 12 at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Already spewing disparaging remarks about his June 12th foe, Mr. Anderson had this to say, “It shouldn’t be called ‘TNA Stars Collide!’ It should be called ‘TNA superstar, Misterrrrr Annnn…derrrrrr…ssssson versus that loser, Pope D’Angelo!’”
Joining Mr. Anderson and the “Pope” will be “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and Prince Al Farat in a legends match during the first professional wrestling event to invade Pine Bluff in 8 years!
Before Duggan would share his thoughts about facing Prince Al Farat, he insisted on giving up a standard “HOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Known for charging the ring with a 2 x 4 and an American flag, Duggan proudly added, “That foreigner doesn’t stand a chance against a real American like me, and all the fans will be chanting USA USA USA!”
The star-studded wrestling event also includes a TCW tag team title match pitting the current champions, Dark Circle, against Lethal Romance (VH1 Reality star Matt Riviera & TNA Superstar Black Machismo Jay Lethal).
“I am totally focused on winning the TCW tag team championship,” claimed Matt Riviera. The fact that I’m on the same wrestling card with Mr. Anderson and the Pope is just icing on the cake!”
TCW also has one of the hottest female feuds going on anywhere in the country and the fans will see that first hand when Malia Hosaka and Athena go at it in Pine Bluff!
Last event saw them take their match all over the building but both ladies have promised that June 12th will be a match that will settle the score.
On top of that, we have the champion, Jeff Jett, versus Alan Steele (with Rich Rude) for the TCW International title and Jerry Springer Superstar Dexter Hardaway with Talon, legend Action Jackson, Wes Robinson and more!
