Diabetes is a problem which has been caused by so many people around the world. It is problems which are increasing day by day and so we must have knowledge about the details of diabetes. The extra glucose in the body sucks the moisture from the cells and so body becomes dehydrated. Muscle pain, headache, fatigue and body pain are the other few symptoms of diabetes. Even some patients face insomnia or disturbed sleep. Frequent urination is another early symptom of diabetes. It is that the body feels dehydrated and there is need of water and body cells also become unable to absorb the water and result is again and again feeling of urination.

The eyesight also becomes weak and so blurred vision takes place. Some people even face permanentblindness. The increased appetite is another problem faced by diabetic. To lower the blood sugar level, body secrets more insulin and so increase in hunger takes place.

Treatment-Carbohydrates proves blessing item for diabetic. You must have small portion of carbohydrate whenever you take your diet. Take carbohydrate in fresh form as preserve carbohydrates will notdo the task. So have beans, fruits, potatoes and whole grains as are rich in carbs.

Exercise is helpful to maintain the body strength and power. One mustexercise daily. It will also help you to lower blood sugar level and also lessens the stress level. It will put control over the heavy weight of the body. It is true exercise burn energy but this is for energy production. It keeps you away from heart issues and blood vessels healthy.

You must look for your weight if it is increasing rapidly then it is matter of worry. Women have 37 or more measurement of waist must do the things to lessen the weight. On the other hand, it is matter of worry for the males having waist 40 or more. Because high weight is the invitation to diabetes.
