But then when you spring the second question on them, you will know what kind of agent you have. If they ask you. "what do you mean?" you may want to rethink this one! But if they begin to tell you all the OTHER ways that they will market your home above the hundreds on the market, pay attention. Yiwu agent will do more than rely on his website, the MLS and a few signs in the yard! You want to make sure the agent you use has a good plan of attack and has devised different methods to make your home stand out from the rest.
